Season 4 Sons of Anarchy publicity photos
Before I get to the appisodes, just wanted to let you guys know that MovieWeb.com has a bunch (about 27 ) of season 4 publicity photos posted. I could write an entire post just on the photos alone, but I’m not going to.
There are black and white and color photos, but I think the b&w ones are best. (They remind me of Life magazine’s Hells Angels photos from 1965.) And good gravy, look at how gorgeous Katey Sagal looks in that second picture!
Sons of Anarchy exclusive appisodes
Three out of four ain’t bad: A lot of you guys know (and some a bit bitter) about the SOA iPhone/iPad app which is where exclusive, additional scenes between S3 and S4 are shown first. These additional scenes will eventually be added to Sons of Anarchy section of FX’s website, although I have yet to see anything there as of today. I’ve done my best to track down the three that have been released.
Appisode 1: Pay Phone
The first appisode was entitled “Pay Phone” (and directed by Ryan Hurst). I haven’t found any “official” video to share but found this one on YouTube. The quality isn’t great but you get the gist of the scene. (In the comments section, someone said the translation from the Russian is “Nothing serious dear, you know why we doing this…”)
Appisode 2: “Second Son.”
This video takes place on Incarceration Day 196. Gemma and Tara (and her enormous boobs) visit Jax in prison, where he meets his newborn son, Thomas (named after his dead brother). Nice little scene.
(I have a small quip about time continuity with this one. The first appisode happened on Day 26, when Jax got stabbed. Would he still be that sore to the touch on day 196? Am I nit-picking?)
Appisode 3: TBD
I don’t know the title of the 3rd appisode but it deals with Tara, armed with the knowledge of the letters written to Maureen by John Teller, looking for answers behind his death.
Appisode 4: Mexican basketball

EW.com has an exclusive on the video for the 4th appisode. This one takes place on Incarceration day 305. Tig, Happy and Juice play some full-contact prison yard basketball while Clay, Jax, and Bobby discuss a potential new deal.
