I went for the Wolf stuff which is really good. Water proof and warm but NOT leather, which tends to scupper the british 60's biker look I've got going in the summer. Still, when you live in England, cold and wet is the norm. Roll on our 4 days of summer!!!!

FYI, If you like warmth and max water protection under the worst rainy conditions(30 degrees and pouring rain) try the lined gauntlets, mens or ladies. If you keep hold your speed to 55mph, 30 degrees, your hands stay super comfortable, and they are not bulky at all. Incredible flexibility. Motorcycle Police swear by their reliability. This is the only glove you need in your saddlebag for those times when you need max protection.
Yes, the chaps are unbelievable. Ya do not know they are on. A joy!Warm and waterproof. Non porous leather. Air does not pass through the leather, unbelievable. Takes 14 seconds to put on each leg!!!Huh, Huh!Its true.

Lady R: no joke, I couldn't believe how the water just ran off the gloves under the faucet. Not that I ride in the rain that often intentionally, but these gloves are definitely worth getting. If I were going on lots of really long road trips, I would even consider shelling out the cash for their chaps.

A good pair of waterproof gloves are hard to find. Your kitchen faucet test sure is convincing. Thanks for sharing this review. Definitely worth keeping on "the gear to get" list.

These may be worth a look. I've frostbitten my fingers a few times so they get cold real easily.

Besides, cold wet hands really suck!
